Over 25 Years’ Experience
Advanced Health Care Assessments is part of the Advanced Social Care Services Group. We are highly experienced in providing Independent Social Work and Healthcare Assessments for both children and adults. We work in partnership to deliver services that blend children’s and adult services and assessments.
We work with Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and ICB’s, Solicitors and private individuals to deliver assessments and reports, built in a person-centred way around their unique requirements in a flexible and responsive way.
